ASSESSMENT
In this service, the Program provides an assessment to ascertain the strengths and needs of the franchise in terms of operations, finances, marketing and whether the franchise is taking full advantage of investment opportunities.

DEVELOPMENT
The development service of the Program identifies ideal opportunities, developers, regions and locations to invest in and the potential for expansion. It includes, broadly: guidelines to choose the right developers to purchase the  franchise and how to carry out a long and mutually profitable relationship with them; a plan to stimulate growth; guidelines for ensuring that the location meets brand objectives; the implementation of streamlined logistics; the implementation of effective accounting and IT systems, processes and policies; profitability and royalty training modules; brand standards and marketing materials; advice and help to create contracts with franchisors; the implementation of quality assurance procedures.
